Chocolate Chip & Cranberry Scones Recipe | Eggless Scones Recipe | Basic Scones Recipe #sconesrecipe #chocolatechipscones #bakewithdeepali

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour (260 grams)
1/4 cup caster sugar (50 grams)
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt (Don't add if you are using salted butter)
1/2 cup cold butter (113 grams)
1/2 cup semi sweet, bittersweet, or milk chocolate chips (85 grams)
1/2 cup dried cranberries 75 grams
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 - 3/4 cup chilled buttermilk (160 - 180 ml)

Pre-heat the oven at 200ºC and bake at 200ºC for something between 18-22 minutes
