Ingredients:
For Brownies
100 gram semi-sweet chocolate
170 grams butter (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon instant coffee
200 grams sugar (1 cup)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
95 grams all-purpose flour

For middle layer of coconut filling

200 grams of dessicated coconut
350 grams sweetened condensed milk

For top layer of chocolate Ganache

100 grams heavy cream
120 grams semi-sweet chocolate
