1/4 Cup cake flour, sifted (30 grams)

1 & 1/2 cups dried unsweetened coconut, shredded or flaked (100 grams)

Chocolate Coating: (optional)

60 grams semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate

1/4 tablespoon butter (3 grams)
