Watch this video to find out how to make Chocolate Fondant at home.CHOCOLATE FONDANTIngredients ½ cup chopped dark chocolate¼ cup refined flour¼ cup butter2 eggs3 tablespoons powdered sugar½ tablespoon cocoa powder + for dusting¼ teaspoon baking powderIcing sugar for dustingMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.2. Chop chocolate and place in a bowl. Roughly chop butter, add and heat in a microwave for a minute. Remove from oven and mix well till smooth. 3. Break eggs in a bowl, add powdered sugar and whisk well using an electric blender. Add cocoa powder and melted chocolate-butter mixture and whisk again till well incorporated.4. Sieve together flour and baking powder in the chocolate mixture and whisk well.5. Place silicon cupcake moulds onto a baking tray, fill ¾ of moulds with prepared batter and tap. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.6. Take a serving plate, place a paper on one side and dust some cocoa powder on the other side.
