Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set firmly.Prepare Chocolate Custard: -In a saucepan add milk, sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, salt, vanilla essence. Whisk well and cook on low flame until custard is thick (approx. 5-6 minutes) and whisk continuously.-Add dark chocolate, whisk well & cook until chocolate melts. Let it cool.-In a saucepan add sugar and water. Mix well and bring it to boil. Cook on very low flame for 12-15 minutes or until caramelized (dont stir).-Turn off the flame, add cream and whisk well.-Add butter then turn on the flame. Add salt, vanilla essence, whisk well & cook for 1 minute. Set aside.Prepare Cheesecake Layer: -In bowl, add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form & set aside.-In separate bowl, add cream cheese and beat well.-Add milk and beat again.-Now add whipped cream and fold gently with the help of the spatula.-Spread evenly half quantity of cheesecake layer over the crumbled biscuit mixture. Freeze for 20-25 minutes.-Add & spread prepared chocolate custard. Musalsal whisk kertay rahein.-Dark chocolate daal ker ache tarha whisk karein. Chocolate melt hunay tak paka lein & thanda ker lein.-Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani daal ker ache tarha mix karein aur ubal anay k baad halki ancch per 12-15 minutes ya caramelized hunay tak paka lein (dont stir).-Chulha off karein aur cream daal ker ache tarha whisk ker lein.-Makhan daal ker chulha on karein. Namak aur vanilla essence daal ker ache tarha whisk karein aur 1 minute k liye paka lein & side per rakh dein.Prepare Cheesecake Layer: -Bowl mein whipping cream daal ker stiff peaks hunay tak beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Alag bowl mein cream cheese daal ker ache tarha beat ker lein.-Doodh daal ker dubara beat karein.-Ab whipping cream daal ker spatula ki madad se gently fold ker lein.-Crumbled biscuit mixture k upper tayyar cheesecake layer ki half quantity daal ker evenly phela lein aur 20-25 minutes k liye freeze ker den.-Chocolate custard daal ker evenly phela lein aur 20-25 minutes k liye freeze ker den.-Remaining cheesecake mixture daal ker evenly phela lein aur 2-3 hours k liye refrigerate ker lein.-Chocolate syrup, tayyar caramel syrup aur chocolate shavings se garnish ker k serve karein!
