I figured if you can find it in crepes, then quesadillas absolutely works with it's buttery flaky exterior. I like to keep things as clean as possible, meaning with the least amount of chemicals, preservatives, additives etc. so making this from scratch just makes sense.Just check out that store bought version and you will see what I mean.I have a homemade nutella version for you to try here: http://bit.ly/1E9yIus It's delicious!Once you have your nutella made, you can start putting together your quesadilla. It's incredibly easy!Ingredients:homemade nutella spread https://youtu.be/yhp7W9G7ShE4 organic strawberries, rinsed and sliced1/2 banana, sliced2 flour tortillas2 - 3 tsp. organic butterDirections:Spread nutella over a tortilla about 1/4 inch thick. Don't spread it all the way to the end of the tortilla as it tends to gush out.Layer the strawberry and then banana slices over the nutella. Spread another thin layer of nutella over the second tortilla and place it on top of the strawberries and bananas.Place 2 tsp of butter in a pan to melt and lay the quesadilla in the middle of the butter. Add the rest of the butter to the top of the quesadilla, spreading it around.Cook over medium heat until the tortilla is a nice golden brown. Flip the quesadilla over and cook until the second side is golden brown.Serve up by garnishing with a fresh strawberry or two. Enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing!Rockin RobinP.S.
