FULL RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS

5 (600g) large bananas
cup (200g) smooth peanut butter
1 cup (100g) NESTL Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Serving suggestion:
Mixed berries

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line 1 large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Peel 3 of the bananas and mash them with a fork until soft. Add the peanut butter.
3. Sieve in the NESTL Cocoa Powder and mix until smooth.
4. Spoon 24 portions out onto the lined tray, leaving a 5cm space between each. Press each cookie ball with the bottom of a glass greased with non-stick cooking spray to flatten slightly. * Chefs Tip: Use an ice cream scoop to evenly portion out the cookies!
5. Slice the remaining 2 bananas into thin rounds. Place 1 banana round onto each cookie.
6. Bake the choconana biscuits for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are cooked through.
7. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the banana rounds. Turn the oven to grill and place the cookies under the grill to brle for 2-3 minutes until golden.
8. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes.
9. Serve the cookies with some fresh berries and ENJOY! *Chefs Tip: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days!
