Your masala is ready. Set aside.Directions for cheese sauce:In a pan add butter, when butter melts add flour and give it a good mix.Now add milk, salt, black pepper and cook for about 2 minutes or until thicken.Then add cheese, cook until cheese melts. Your cheese sauce is ready set aside.Directions for churro fries:In a pan simmer water, add peeled potatoes in it and boil until they are fully done.Now in a bowl add these boiled potatoes, milk, egg, flour, salt and black pepper.Mash them well until you get a smooth paste like consistency and make sure no lumps remain.Now take a in a piping bag add these mashed potato mixture and attach nozzle as shown in video.Heat oil in a pan, pipe mixture in oil in long fries shape and fry until light golden brown.Your churro fries are ready.
