This (obviously) rum cocktail originates at the original Pre-Revolution Floridita Bar in Havana Cuba. It would have been served with 'true' Cuban Bacard rum.

COCKTAIL COMODORO

1 Onza Bacardi aejo.
Onza jugo de pia.
Unas gotas Marrasquino y Curacao.
2 Cubitos de hielo.
Batido y colado.
Srvase en copas de cocktail con una guinda.


1 Ounces Aejo Bacardi.
Ounce Pineapple Juice.
Severals dashes Maraschino and Curacao.
2 Pieces ice.
Shake and strain in cocktail glass with one cherrie.
