Preparation Time: 10 minutesCooking Time: 10 minutesMakes 4 servingsIngredients1/2 cup boiled and lightly crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno1 1/2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1 tbsp finely chopped onions1/4 cup finely chopped coloured capsicum(red , yellow and green)2 tbsp deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes1/2 cup milk1 cup grated processed cheesesalt to taste1 tsp fresh cream (optional)For Servingbread piecesMethod1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.2. Add the onions, capsicum, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.3. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 1 more minute.4. Add the corn, milk, cheese and ¾ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the cheese melts, while stirring occasionally.5. Add the prepared cornflour-water mixture and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.6. Add the salt, cream, jalapeno, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.7. Serve immediately with bread pieces.
