Ingredients for Onion Sauce:
3-4 tbsp Oil
3 Onions, finely chopped
3 tsp Ginger + garlic + green chilli paste
10-12 Cashew, soaked & grounded
3-4 tbsp Fresh Cream
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Ingredients for Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste:
1-inch ginger
6-7 cloves garlic
5 Green Chillies

Ingredients for Corn on the cob with sauce:
2 Corn, cut into 1-inch slices & boiled
Onion Sauce
Chat Masala
Coriander Leaves
Chilli Flakes

Method preparation for Onion Sauce:
Heat oil in a vessel, add onions and saute them until they are soft and pink.
Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, cashew nut paste and saute it till the oil separates.
Tip: Soak the cashews in lukewarm water for about an hour and then make a paste.
Once you add cashew paste reduce the flame to medium or slow.
Add fresh cream, mix well and add salt.
Switch off the flame and squeeze in half a lime.
Let the sauce cool down and then grind it into a fine paste.
Once it's done pour the sauce out into a bowl.

Method for ginger- garlic- green chilli paste:
In a mixer jar add ginger, garlic, green chilli and grind it into a paste.

Method for Corn on the cob with sauce:
Place the corn on a serving platter, pour some sauce on it.
Sprinkle some chat masala, coriander, chilli flakes and prick in the toothpick.
