INGREDIENTS:
For the Brownie Base
1/2 cup melted butter melted (113grams)
85 grams bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup caster sugar (100grams)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100grams)
1 egg room
1 egg yolk
1/2 tablespoon coffee 15mL
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60grams)
1/2 tsp salt

For the Cheesecake Topping
225 grams cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 15mL
a pinch of salt
1 egg
