CREAMY SAUTED CHICKEN

FULL RECIPE FOR CREAMY SAUTED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thighs (or breasts)
350 g fresh mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 (~300 g) carrot
6-7 (~40 g) garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
tbsp flour
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup heavy cream (35%)

Directions:
PREPARATION
Wash the red bell pepper, discard the seeds and the stem; then dice and set aside.
Wash and peel the carrot. Then, dice the carrot into small cubes and set aside.
Peel and wash the garlic cloves; mince and place them into a pot. Add 1/3 cup of olive oil and place the pot on the stove.
Wash the chicken thighs and strain the excess water. Then, dice the thighs into 2 cm thick pieces and set aside.
COOKING
Stir the garlic in the olive oil for 1 minute on medium heat.
Add the diced carrots and stir for 2 more minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for a couple of minutes while stirring.
Then, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce to the pot. Cover the pot with a lid and cook the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes; until the juice is released and evaporated.
Once the chickens have softened, add the mushrooms and the diced bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the creamy sauce: in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp of mustard, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of ground black pepper, and tbsp of flour.
Pour the sauce over the chickens and mix all the ingredients, gently and thoroughly.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 more minutes.
Your creamy sauted chicken is ready!
