Crimson Blue Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
cup frozen blueberries
cup full fat coconut milk
3 Tbsp. frozen pomegranate seeds
scoop protein powder
2 scoops collagen powder
banana, frozen
1 Tbsp. flaxseeds, ground
The Special Ingredient: - 1 tsp. MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, preferably a vitamix, and blend. You can always add water to get the consistency that you desire.
