Hot and spicy recipe of raw banana tossed with capsicum in tangy and sweet sauceCRISPY CHILLI RAW BANANA Ingredients3 large raw bananas2-3 green chillies, crushed½ tablespoon oil + for deep-frying 1 cup mixed capsicum stripsCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste1 tablespoon red chilli sauce1 tablespoon tomato ketchup1 teaspoon soy sauce1½ tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds (safed til), roasted Method1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Peel and cut raw bananas into thick strips. Deep-fry in hot oil till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.3. Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add mixed capsicum strips, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, salt, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add fried banana strips, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and sesame seeds, mix and cook for a minute. Add remaining coriander leaves and mix.5. Serve hot.
