CRISPY CRUNCHY SOYA PANEER FINGERS | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Paneer fingers, is a crispy appetizer or starter dish. A very simple dish of South Indian snack. Kids like it as it very crunchy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

Corn flour 1 tbs
All purpose flour 1 tbs
Salt To taste
Paneer pieces 6-8 nos
Soya granules ½ cup
Oil To fry
Red chilly paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Spring onions white part 1 nos

METHOD:

1. Take a plate and add corn flour, all purpose flour, little salt and mix nicely.

2. Coat paneer pieces in this batter.

3. Take a plate and add soya granules and again coat paneer pieces.

4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry coated paneer pieces and transfer into paper towel.

5. To make sauce first take a bowl and add red chilly paste, vinegar, little sugar, finely chopped garlic, soya sauce, chopped spring onions white part.

6. Now crispy crunchy soya paneer finger are ready to serve with prepared sauce.
