Crispy Sticky Spicy Sweet Tofu Recipe

Tofu doesn't have to be boring. For your #meatlessmonday try this crispy-sticky-spicy-sweet-tangy tofu that is bursting with flavor. It's quick and easy enough to do on a crazed day and mimics a deep fry, producing crispy cubes that stay soft and fluffy in the center. The sauce itself is delicious for noodles, as a marinade for meat, a wing glaze, dipping sauce or even as a salad dressing!

Ingredients
block of firm tofu
Sauce
c soy
1 tb mustard
1 tb rice vinegar
3 tb honey
1 tb sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 ts freshly grated ginger
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Optional: sesame seeds

Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
Pour into a pan and simmer on medium low until it reduces by half. Set aside to cool.
Press out as much moisture as possible from the tofu.
Cut into cubes and pan fry until golden brown.
Toss with the cooled sauce and serve with rice/noodles and top with sesame seeds.
