Crunchy Egg Chicken Fingers Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
8 Eggs
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
4-5 tbsp Shredded chicken
2 tbsp Spring onion
For coating:
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Corn flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
1/2 tsp Mix herbs
Cold water as required
Corn flakes (for coating)

Directions:
In a bowl add egg, salt, black pepper, red chili powder and whisk it well.
Grease the pan and pour the egg mixture in it and put the pan in a steamer.
Cover with the lid and steam on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
Open the lid and add shredded chicken, spring onion in egg mixture.
Again, cover the lid and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Take it out from steamer and let it cool.
Cut it into strips.

Coating directions:
In a bowl add flour, corn flour, salt, red chili flakes, mix herbs and mix it well.
Gradually add cold water and make a thick batter.
Now take one egg finger, dip and coat well in flour batter than coat it well with corn flakes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fingers until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serving: 4-5
