Instant Ramen Fried Rice (Easy! No Clumps)

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 7min
Number of servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 Nissin Cup Noodles Original flavor https://amzn.to/3CR4IsC
100ml water
200g (7.0oz.) cooked rice
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. chopped scallions
1 egg

Directions:
1. Set aside the toppings before you crush the noodles. Place the noodles in a heavy duty plastic bag and crush them into fine pieces. You can easily crush them with a rolling pin.
2. In a frying pan, put the crushed noodles, toppings, and water, then put on medium.
3. When the water is gone, add cooked rice, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and beaten egg. Stir-fry for a few minutes, separating the rice until dry. Set aside some shrimp and meat to use as garnish.
4. Place the fried rice in a cup, turn it upside down onto a plate to remove the rice. Garnish with shrimp and meat.
