Chocolate cupcakes with Butter-cream frosting. This unique dessert is worth giving a try.CUPCAKE SANDWICHESIngredients¼ cup dark chocolate chips¼ cup cocoa powder1 cup refined flour (maida)1 cup butter, room temperature1 cup castor sugar3 eggs½ tablespoon instant coffee powder1 tablespoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon baking powderButter-cream frosting as required Coffee concoction for drizzling MethodPreheat oven to 180° C. Cream together butter and castor sugar till light. Add cocoa powder and fold. Add eggs, chocolate chips, coffee powder, vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and beat till well combined. Line a baking tray with individual silicon cupcake moulds and divide the mixture equally in them, filling 3/4th. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould. Halve the cupcakes horizontally and place the base halves onto individual serving plates.
