Custard Barfi
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Ghee 2 tbs
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Cream 4 tbs (optional)
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 5-6 tbs or to taste
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) Cup
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Rafhan custard powder 6 tbs
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)

Directions:
-In wok add ghee and let it melt.
-Add walnuts, almonds, pistachios and fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame. Add cream and mix well.
-Add milk then turn on the flame. Mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add dry milk powder. Mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Mix continuously.
-Add sugar, mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add desiccated coconut. Mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-In milk, add custard powder and whisk well.
-Now add dissolve custard in it. Mix continuously and cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (approx. 4-5 minutes).
-In mold (4 x 4inch) add prepared mixture (300 g) and spread evenly.
-Decorate with almond and edible silver leaf and cut into pieces.
-Let it set for 1-2 hours & serve!

Ajza:
-Ghee 2 tbs
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Cream 4 tbs (optional)
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 5-6 tbs or to taste
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) Cup
-Doodh (Milk) Cup
-Rafhan custard powder 6 tbs
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)

Directions:
-Karhai mein ghee daal ker melt karein.
-Akhrot, badam aur pista daal ker 1-2 minute tak fry ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Doodh shamil karen aur chulha on ker k ache tarha mix ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
-Dry milk powder daal ker ache tarha mix karein. Halki ancch per 2-3 minutes tak pakayen aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahen.
-Cheeni daal ker ache tarha mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak pakayen.
-Khopra mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes tak paka lein.
-Doodh mein custard powder daal ker achi tarha whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolve custard daal ker musalsal mix keren aur halki ancch per pot k sides chornay tak paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).
-Mold (4 x 4inch) mein tayyar mixture (300 g) daal ker evenly phela lein.
-Badam aur chandi ka warq se decorate karein aur pieces mein cut ker lein.
-1-2 hours set hunay k liya rakh dein & serve karein!
