Stir the milk at intervals and simmer over medium heat till half of its original quantity.5. Once the milk thickens, add 5-coarsely crushed cardamom powder and 3 tbsp of sugar. 6. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. 7. After 10 minutes, add Sharifa pulp to the milk and mix well.8. Transfer the basundi to a bowl and garnish it with pista flakes.9.
