Custard Sawaiyan
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Pasta vermicelli ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced ½ Cup
-Rafhan vanilla custard powder 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Gulab jaman (optional)
-Badam (Almonds) chopped

Directions:
-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
-Add pasta vermicelli and cook for 6-8 minutes.
-Add sugar,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add almonds and mix well.
-In custard powder,add milk and mix well.
-Now add dissolve custard,mix continuously and cook until it thickens.
-In serving dish,add custard vermicelli and garnish with gulab jaman and almonds.
-Chill & serve!

Ajza:

-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Pasta vermicelli dal dein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Badam dal ker mix ker lein.
-Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab dissolve custard dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur garha hunay tak paka lein.
-Serving dish mein custard vermicelli dal dein aur gulab jaman aur badam sa garnish karein.
-Thanda ker ka serve karein.
