Dads ADDICTIVE Salted Fish & Chicken Fried Rice ()

Disclaimer: Salted Fish is considered to be carcinogenic. Nevertheless, it has been a part of Chinese tradition for centuries, and a staple for my parents, so we still decided to preserve the recipe.

As with most foods, the dosage matters. According to the IARC, salted fish falls in the same carcinogenic category as processed meats (like bacon, ham, salami), alcoholic beverages, and tobacco, among other items. Use your best judgment, and if you want to enjoy this dish, do so in moderation.
