Roy Bagattini, CEO of @WoolworthsSA visits chef Dale Stevens of Eat Out Woolworths Sustainability Award winner FABER at Avondale to chat about the innovative and environmentally conscious initiatives that each of their organisations is implementing.

We have a number of initiatives in this space but the one around Farming for the Future is really all about getting back into the fundamentals of soil health and soil biodiversity, and being able to leverage that to deliver better yields. Wherever we engage with farmers on this, leveraging technology and date, it does remind one that back in the day that is the way we farmed, where the natural biodiversity sort of fuelled the richness and health of the soils, says Roy.
