Now make the perfect degi style achar gosht just like you get at weddings. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi #achargosht Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3EmVjtrVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.00:00 Degi Achar Gosht00:10 Blend tomatoes00:21 Prepare Achar masala01:34 Prepared Gravy masala02:59 Aray waahServes 6-8 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium-Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds) 1 tsp-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 & tbs-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & tbs-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 & tbs-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tbs-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) yellow 2 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder tbs-Chaat masala 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Tatri (Citric acid) tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs-Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 1 & tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 9-10-Cooking oil Cup-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed tbs-Adrak (Ginger) crushed tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) 250g-Chicken mix boti 1 kg-Water 1 Cup or as required -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) choppedDirections:-In a chopper,add tomatoes,chop well & set aside.-In a spice mixer,add fenugreek seeds,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,fennel seeds & grind coarsely.-Take out in a bowl,add nigella seeds,mustard seeds,red chilli crushed,red chilli powder,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,chaat masala,salt,garam masala powder,citric acid,turmeric powder & mix well.-Take out half quantity in a bowl & reserve for later use.-In remaining spice mix,add lemon juice,mustard oil & mix well.-Slit green chillies from the center,remove seeds and stuffed with prepared spice mix & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.-Add garlic,ginger & mix well.-Add pureed tomatoes,yogurt,reserved spice mix & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes). -Add chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.-Add fresh coriander,stuffed green chillies,cover & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.-Add lemon juice,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Chopper mein tamatar dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Spice mixer mein methi dana,sabut dhania,zeera & saunf dal ker coarsely grind ker lein.-Bowl mein nikal lein,kalonji,rai dana,lal mirch crushed,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namak,garam masala powder,tatri aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Half quantity ko bowl mein nikal lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakhd ein.-Remining spice mix mein lemon juice aur sarson ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Hari mirch ko bech mein sa slit laga ker seeds nikal lein aur tayyar spice mix bhar dein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.-Lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pureed tamatar,dahi aur reserved spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes). -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.-Hara dhania aur stuffed hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.-Hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
