Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Ghee
2-3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 finely chopped onions
1 tsp Salt
2 -3 chopped tomatoes
2-3 finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
200 gm Chicken, curry cut
1 cup water
1-2 tbsp Ching's Chicken Chilli Masala
1 tsp garam masala
few mint leaves
few coriander leaves

Method:
Add ghee in a pan.
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook it well.
Then add onions & salt and cook it well till the onions become golden brown.
Next add tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder & cumin powder and cook it well. This is the masala.
Once the masala is well cooked, add the chicken pieces and mix it well so that the masala is well mixed with the chicken.
Next add some water and cover the pan to cook the chicken on a low flame for 15-20 mins
Once the chicken is cooked add some Ching's Chicken Chilli Masala and mix it well.
Then add garam masala, mint leaves & coriander leaves. Mix.
Ready to serve.
