Try this Maharashtrian special Dhirde with some chutney!DHIRDEIngredients1 cup sorghum (jowar) flour¼ cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)½ cup gram flour (besan)1½ tsps garlic-green chillies paste½ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste Oil for drizzlingCoconut chutney to serveMethod1. Take sorghum flour in a large bowl. Add whole wheat flour, gram flour, garlic-green chilli paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and 1 cup water and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix till well combined. Add ½ cup water and mix till a smooth batter is formed.2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Drizzle a little oil and pour sufficient batter and swirl the pan to make a thin disc. Drizzle oil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes as well. 3. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
