Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe.DILLI ALOO KACHALU CHAATIngredients2 medium potatoes (aloo), peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces and soaked1 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces and soaked1 inch ginger, cut into thin strips2 teaspoons lemon juiceSalt to tasteOil for shallow-frying1 tablespoon sweet date-tamarind chutney1 teaspoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon red chilli powder2 teaspoons roasted cumin powder1-2 green chillies, finely chopped2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Drain the potato pieces and sweet potato pieces and pat-dry using a muslin cloth. 2. Take ginger strips in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and a pinch salt and mix well. Refrigerate it.3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Shallow-fry potato pieces and sweet potato pieces individually till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.4. Mix together fried potatoes, fried sweet potatoes, sweet date-tamarind chutney, chaat masala, coriander leaves, chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies and remaining lemon juice in a bowl.5.
