Try this Snacks in coming Diwali.
Ingredients:

1 Cup - Oats flour or Powder
1/2 Cup - Besan (Gram flour)
1/2 Cup - Wheat Flour
1 tbspoon - Oil/Ghee ( Clarified Butter)
1 tspoon - Redchilli Powder
1 tspoon - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
2 tspoon - Sesame Seeds ( Til)
1 tspoon - Jagerry
1 tspoon - Dry Mango Powder
2 tspoon - Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
Salt to taste
Water for kneading the dough
Oil for deep frying the Puris

You can aslo add Carrom Seeds ( Ajwain) for extra flavour.
