Dominique Ansel Bakery in Tokyo, Japan! | Japanese Eats

This is the first video of a new series that features the extremely popular Dominique Ansel Bakery, which first opened in Tokyo, Japan on June 2015. Dominique Ansel is a genius chef known for his famous Cronut creation in New York, a hybrid pastry between croissant and donut.

Must try inventions at the Harajuku, Tokyo location include “The DKA,” or Dominique’s Kouign Amann; the “Cookie Shot,” a warm chocolate chip cookie in the shape of a shot glass with cold vanilla milk filling the center; and our personal favorite, the “Frozen S’more,” a block of Tahitian vanilla ice cream frozen onto a wooden stick that’s covered with chocolate flakes, enrobed in honey flavored marshmallow and then torched to order.
