DON'T DO THIS to your Roasted Chicken Total Fail Dads That Cook

OH MAN... I Can't believe I Almost Failed with this roasted chicken recipe, that I have made a million times without fail...

However, I thought it would be cool to stuff an Aleppo Pepper Fig Salami under the skin of the chicken to add flavor... It definitely added flavor but not a good move! If you are going to stuff anything under the skin of a chicken make sure it's evenly distributed otherwise you won't be happy with the skin! This is one of those fails videos for sure...

The Aleppo Pepper Fig Salami is super tasty on it's own with crackers and cheese! The way it should be eaten.. LOL!

My suggestion is to just make this dish without the Aleppo Fig Salami and go basic with Lemon and Herbs!

Make this dish anytime you want And amaze your family with and incredibly juicy mouthful of lemon chicken! I love this dish because its easy to make and tastes super yummy, plus once you get all your prep done (15 minutes) and you slap this bird into the oven youll have 1 hour of free time to kick around to do whatever you want while you wait! Play some catch with your kid, or sit and watch the game with a beverage in hand!!! Have fun with this one! Your family will request it again and again!
