Snowskin mooncakes have been quite the rage these few years. It's easy to make, delicate on the hands and delicious on the tummy! This Durian Snowskin Mooncake recipe uses Mao Shan Wang durians for their iconic bitter-sweet flavours, making it the perfect dessert.

Pro-tip: freeze lotus paste & durian mix solid (patience!) and it'll be a breeze to make. Plastic moulds are easier to work with especially if it's your first time making snowskin mooncakes.

60g shortening
200ml water (adjust to texture)
