Ingredients:
5 Chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp Soy sauce (Datu Puti)
2 tbsp Vinegar (Datu Puti)
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Black pepper powder
2 Bay leaves
5 cloves Minced garlic
400g Rice
400g Water
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Fried garlic (with oil)

Garnish:
Spring onion
Fried shallots

Jons magic adobo sauce:
3 tbsp Cooking oil
Red Onion
3 cloves Garlic
3 stalks Spring onion
1 tsp Black peppercorns
3 tbsp Water
Chicken marinade
1 tsp Chicken powder
Adjust soy and vinegar to taste
