After seeing how Roland made these Thai Stuffed Chicken Wings at home, I feel more justified paying for these at restaurants. These wings are great but if you're lazy like me, you'll probably think it's better and easier to order these at a restaurant. LOL. Nonetheless, this video is good to know for me. See you soon. xoxo Jamie on behalf of Spice N Pans Ingredients: Makes 6 wingsMarinate wings for half an hour with these ingredients===6 chicken wings (mid joint with wing tip only)1/2 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing huatiao)1/2 teaspoon of sugar1/2 teaspoon of salt1 tablespoon of light soy sauceA few dashes of white pepperMinced the rest here and then stuff the wings with the mixture=======70g of pork shoulder 70g of prawns - deveined & deshelled1/8 of red onion 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao)2 teaspoons of cornflour Dust the chicken wings with more cornflour and rest them for at least 15 mins before putting them in the air fryer.Please remember to spray a layer of oil before air frying.Air fry at 160C for 20 mins (turn wings over on the 10min mark)Air fry further at 190C for 5 mins to brown the wings & voila!-----Looking for some of the things or ingredients we used in most of our videos but not residing in Singapore?
