Add the pineapple, green onion, orange zest, orange segments, jalapeo, lemon juice, avocado, cilantro, mint, salt and pepper and stir gently to combine.Preheat grill pan over medium heat. Coat the salmon with olive oil over all and add salt and pepper. Place salmon skin side down and cook for 5 - 6 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.After 6 minutes or so, turn the salmon over and grill an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until fish is flaky.Serve immediately topped with the mango salsa.Thanks for watching and sharing!Rockin RobinP.S.
