Salt1 can (15 oz) of pinto beans, drained and rinsed1Tbsp. Olive oilDirections:Pour the olive oil into a large fry pan over medium heat and add the onion. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes and then add the ground beef. Once the ground beef is cooked and is no longer pink, drain any excess fat from the pan. Push the meat aside and add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes and then mix the garlic into the meat.Add some salt and then the pinto beans and stir to combine. Then add at least a couple of cups of enchilada sauce to the meat/bean mixture and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently.Add enough enchilada sauce to get the consistency you like and simmer over medium low until the chili is heated through.
