Easy Homemade Scalloped Potato Rolls Recipe without Spinach

How to make scalloped potato rolls without spinach in an easy and simple way at home. This easy scalloped potato rolls recipe is made by using grated potatoes filled with ground beef (but you can also use chicken) and some vegetables such as kale (instead of spinach). It is then topped with some mozzarella cheese and baked until it is golden brown in color.

Ingredients:
8 medium-sized Yukon gold potatoes
500g ground beef
5 cups spinach or kale
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
cup of ricotta cheese
1 medium-sized red bell pepper
2 large eggs
1 large onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 beef bouillon cube
1 and tsp paprika
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
