Bring it to a boil and cover and simmer for 40 minutes.Place all greens into a food processor and process in batches. The greens will be finely chopped. Once the chicken is done, remove the pieces and the bones if used, into a dish to cool. With the heat over medium high heat, add the onion, garlic, tomatoes and all the greens to the stock pot. Simmer the veggies for between 1 to 2 hours with a partial lid on the pot. Shred the chicken with either two forks or as I did with my hands. Using your hands will make it much easier to remove any grizzle or fat you find in the chicken. You may want to place this chicken in the refrigerator until you are ready to add it to the soup. Once you add the chicken, add salt and garlic powder (optional) to taste and stir. Taste to make any adjustments. Let this simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is hot and you are ready to serve.Enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing!Rockin RobinP.S.
