Easy Skillet Bread With Veggie, Corn & Spices

Easy and yummy skillet bread or biscuits you can say with veggie and corn flour. It comes out in no time and so delicious I bet it will be one of your favorites.The plain yogurt and eggs makes it puffed up with the baking soda together. While the corn flour gives a nice crust and deep taste.You can make this without leek, or with other vegetables like shredded and squeezed zucchini or carrot. (If you have ideas please share on comments:) For the cheeses I used string cheese I had on hand but you can try mozzarella, kashar, white cheese or other types.
Ingredients for easy skillet bread / biscuits
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 finely chopped leek or 2 shredded and squeezed zucchinis or 1 carrot
3/4 cup corn flour
About 1 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp olive oil
With universal measuring universal spoons or big tsp, if you are living in Turkey and use our small tea spoons double the amount
1/2 tsp each black pepper, red pepper flakes
Little more then 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mint (you can add fresh herbs like dill, parsley...
1/2 tsp baking soda
Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) for baking
Nonstick baking pan or heated cast iron skillet can be used (make sure the coating is well and doesnt stick)
