SOY SAUCE EGGS
Ingredients:
6 pc large eggs, soft-boiled (boil for 4-1/2 mins. then transfer to ice water bath)
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp Marca Pia vinegar

Soaking Broth:
2 cups water
2 pc dried sea-kelp
4 cloves garlic
1 pinch pepper
1 pc small onion, chopped
3 pc green chilies/siling haba
1 red chili, chopped
cup Marca Pia Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Marca Pia vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cooking wine/mirin
2 stalks leeks, chopped

SILKEN TOFU W/ GARLIC SOY SAUCE
Ingredients:
1 package silken tofu
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks scallions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
tsp chili flakes
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp msg
2 tbsp hot oil
1- tbsp Marca Pia soy sauce
tsp Marca Pia sesame oil

CHINESE CHICKEN & PEANUT SAUCE RICE BOWL
Ingredients:
1 pc red onion, sliced
4-6 stalks green onions, chopped
3 pc red chilies
3 pcs chicken thigh meat
2 tbsp Marca Pia vinegar
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1- tbsp Marca Pia soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in cup water

Peanut Sauce:
cup water
cup smooth peanut butter
1 clove garlic, grated
tsp sugar
2 tablespoons Marca Pia soy sauce
2-1/2 tablespoons Marca Pia vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in cup water

Toppers:
2 cups rice
chopped spring onions carrots cucumber
2 pc soft boiled eggs
1/2 teaspoon Marca Pia sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp atchara
cup kimchi
1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional)

Makes 4 servings

BRAISED EGGPLANT RICE BOWL
Ingredients:
3 pc native eggplant, quartered and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc red onion, sliced
2 inch pc ginger, finely chopped
2 pc tomatoes, sliced

Sauce:
2-1/2 tbsp Marca Pia soy sauce
2 tbsp Marca Pia oyster sauce
2 tbsp Marca Pia vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp black bean sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
4 tbsp water
1 tsp Marca Pia sesame oil (for finishing)

Makes 4 servings

TOMATO AND EGG STIR FRY
Ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 pc tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges per piece
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 pc eggs
1 tbsp Marca Pia soy sauce
1 tsp ketchup
Marca Pia sesame oil
