Ebi Chiri - Shrimp in Chili Sauce - Cooking Japanese Recipe

Ebi chiri (ebi chili) or Japanese stir fried shrimp in chili sauce is inspired by Shanghai-style Szechuan cuisine. Ebi chili was introduced to Japan in the 1950s and has since become a very popular part of Japanese cuisine. This spicy shrimp recipe is sure to be a favorite at your house as well. 6 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Sake
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/3 cup chicken stock
Green onion
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic

4 tbsp potato starch
Salt
1 egg white
3 tbsp oil
2 Tsp Tobanjan (chili pepper)
