Don't wait, get into the kitchen and make it today.#HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3kYKrGcVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Egg Malai MasalaServes 4-5Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Water boiling as required-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp-Anday (Eggs) 6-Water chilled as required-Pyaz (Onion) 3 medium-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves-Adrak (Ginger) 1inch piece-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5-Water ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Saunf powder (Fennel powder) ¼ tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Cream 2 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Makhan (Butter) Directions:-In boiling water,add salt,eggs & boil for 10-12 minutes or until hard boil then add in chilled water and rest it for 2 minutes,remove egg shells & cut in half & set aside.-In a blender jug,add onion,garlic,ginger,green chillies and water,blend well and set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,blended onion mixture,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.-Add salt,coriander seeds,cumin powder,black pepper powder,fennel powder,garam masala powder, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Turn off the flame,add cream then turn on the flame & mix well. -Add milk,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.-Add boiled eggs,fresh coriander,green chillies,cover & simmer on low flame for 5-6 minutes.-Garnish with fresh coriander,butter & serve with naan!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Water boiling as required-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp-Anday (Eggs) 6-Water chilled as required-Pyaz (Onion) 3 medium-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves-Adrak (Ginger) 1inch piece-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5-Water ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Saunf powder (Fennel powder) ¼ tsp-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Cream 2 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Makhan (Butter) Directions:-Boiling water mein namak aur anday dal dein aur 10-12 minute ya hard boil hunay tak boil ker lein phir thanday pani mein dal dein aur 2 minute kliya chor dein phir egg shells ko nikal lein aur anday ko half mein cut ker ka side per rakh dein.-Blender jat mein pyaz,lehsan,adrak,hari mirchein aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per each dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil aur blended onion mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.-Namak,sabut dhania,zeera powder,kali mirch powder,suanf powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.-Boiled anday,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.-Hara dhania aur makhan sa garnish karein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
