Ingredients
Eggs: 6
Finely chopped onion (big), bell peppers: 1
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
Finely chopped capsicum: 1
Salt & pepper to taste
Muffin liners: 6

Method of Preparation

Preheat the oven at 200°C
Take a bowl, add eggs
Add onion, ginger, capsicum, bell peppers and mix well
Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt and pepper and mix well
Take a muffin tray and line it up with the liners
Pour the mixture from the bowl into the liners till 1/3 filled
Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
