Egg Muffins | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Beaten egg mixed with spring onions, cream and spices baked in a muffin mould.

EGG MUFFINS

Ingredients

6 eggs
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
2 tablespoons fresh cream
2-3 spring onion with greens, chopped
30 grams mozzarella cheese

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.
2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and chilli flakes and beat well.
3. Add cream and spring onion with greens and beat again.
4. Grate cheese in the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Put a muffin mould tray in a baking tray and pour the mixture into the mould. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Preparation Time: 10-12 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
