Ingredients (For 3 persons)

Basmati rice (raw) 1 Cup
Eggs 3
Bell peppers 3 medium
Raisins 1 small bowl
Crushed green cardamom 4
Turmeric powder
Cornflour
Salt
Sugar
White vegetable oil

TIPS:
1.Cook the rice earlier and refrigerate it .Like if you prepare
It for dinner make the rice in the morning.
2.Serve the dish hot just after done.
