Makes about 25 cookies
1/2 cup (110g) butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
2 tbsp (30ml) milk
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1/2 tsp (2g) salt
1/2 cup (60g) flour
1 1/2 cup (150g) rolled oats
1 tsp (4g) baking powder
1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips
