Eggplant Parmigiana - Easy Eggplant Recipe

Eggplant parmesan is a simple eggplant recipe made by baking sliced eggplants that are dredged in a marinara sauce and topped with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. It can be made into layers. The result is amazingly delicious and filled with yummy flavors.

Ingredients:
- 3 large eggplants
- 1 cup of breadcrumb
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 1 and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 cups of olive oil.
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 3 cups of crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced basils
