Chicken mixture bananay ke ajza:
Boneless chicken (cubes) 500 g
Anday 2
Laal mirch powder 1 khanay ka chamach
Adrak leshan ka paste 1 khanay ka chamach
Paprika powder 1 khanay ka chamach
Namak 1 chaye ka chamach
Zeera powder 1 khanay ka chamach
Haldi powder 1/2 chaye ka chamach
Nimbu ka ras 1 khanay ka chamach

Flour mixture bananay ke liye:
Maida 1/ 2 cup
Pani 1 cup

Assembling ke ajza:
Roll patti hasb-e-zarurat
Flour mixture hasb-e-zarurat
Chicken mixture hasb-e-zarurat

Tarkeeb:
1. Aik chopper me chicken, anday laal mirch powder, adrak lehsan ka paste, nimbu ka ras, paprika powder, namak, zeera powder, haldi powder daal kar achi tarhan chop krlen.
2. Ab aik bowl me maida or pani daal kar slurry bana len. phir aik roll patti le kar issay adha kaat len. roll patti ke aik taraf flour mixture lagayen. Roll patti ki dusri taraf aik straw rakh kar tube ki shakal me roll karlen.
3. Ab straw hata kar is cigar me chicken mixture dalen. Or aesay hi tamam chicken cigar bana len.
Note: air tight bag me aik mahinay tak freeze kar sktay hain.
4. Ab issay crispy or golden honay tak fry krlen.

Chicken Cigars

Ingredients for Chicken Mixture:
Boneless chicken (cubes) 500 g
Eggs 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Roll patti as required
Flour mixture as required
Chicken mixture as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions:
1. In a chopper add chicken, eggs, red chili powder, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt, cumin powder, and turmeric powder. Chop it well into mince.
2. In a bowl add flour and water and make a slurry.
3. Now take a roll patti, cut it into half. Brush flour mixture on one side of the roll patti. Place a straw on the other side of the roll patti and roll it making a long tube shape.
4. Remove the straw and pipe out the chicken mixture in the cigar. Make all Chicken cigars like this.
Note: Can be frozen in airtight bag for up to 1 month
5. Fry them until they get crispy and golden brown.
6. Your Chicken Cigars are ready.
