Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and crushed ginger garlic. Saute everything for few seconds.- Then ad the onion, grated coconut, garam masala paste. Mix everything well.- Add salt to taste and mix well.- Add the chopped jackfruit pieces, mix masala & water.
